Take your game to the next level with the only pre-season volleyball prep camp of its kind.

Our program features on-court training and volleyball-specific strength and conditioning in our state-of-the-art performance centre.

No previous strength and conditioning experience is required. Our expert coaches will teach you how to do things the right way to safely become stronger and more powerful. Our goal is to have you jump higher, hit harder, move quicker, and be your best for school tryouts. This is the next level of training for volleyball.

Camp Highlights
  • Week 1 – Athletes will work on skills such as passing, setting, serving, blocking, and hitting, developing proper arm swing mechanics and approach mechanics to maximize hitting power and vertical potential.
  • Week 2 – Athletes will transition to game scenarios in wash drills and scrimmages to learn the small parts of the game.
  • Strength and Athletic Performance Sessions – After each on-court training session, the program will shift to the Sport Manitoba Performance Centre. The group’s focus will be on moving faster, becoming more explosive, and working on maximizing your approach footwork to get you jumping higher. We will also focus on agility to improve defensive and blocking abilities.
